McNamara Legal Services, P.A. was founded in Naples, FL in 2012 by Brian McNamara. It is a solo practice that serves residents of the Naples area with a wide range of legal services including probate administration, estate planning, guardianship establishment, high net-worth divorce, real estate law, and more.



Prior to beginning his career as an attorney, Brian worked as a political consultant and Vice President of E-Roots Consulting. The firm provided political candidates with the tools they needed to fundraise and reach out to voters. Brian moved to Naples, Florida in 2006 after leaving E-Roots Consulting and became the Operations Manager of the Naples Historical Society, where he stayed until deciding to pursue a legal career in 2009.

Brian is known for supporting charitable causes and being active in the local community. In his free time, Brian and his wife, Ashley, enjoy an active life golfing, boating, fishing, scuba diving, bicycling, and more.

KATARINA

Katarina is a recent graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. During law school she worked as federal judicial clerk intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Katarina interned with Brian McNamara where she gained both practical and substantive experience in estate planning and probate matters. In addition to her studies and internships, she served as a senior editor for the Law Review where she was involved in the publication of Volumes 17, 18, and 19. Katarina is also a published author of her legal note entitled The Problems with the Solutions: Examining the Response from Universities, President Trump, and State Legislatures to Campus Free Speech Issues. Prior to attending law school, Katarina graduated from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in Ohio. She is originally from San Antonio, Texas.
In her down time, Katarina enjoys exercising, exploring the Naples greater area, and has taken up golf. Katarina is a classically trained oboist and pianist and enjoys playing either whenever she gets the chance. She is deeply rooted in her faith and is an active parishioner at St. John the Evangelist.
